03How fast is delivery?
1–2 days inside Dhaka and 2–4 days anywhere in Bangladesh. Free over ৳5,000.
04Can I return a product?
Yes, within 7 days if it is unused or has a fault. We exchange or refund — your choice.

01How do I place an order?
Add the products you like to the cart, sign in with your mobile number or email, and confirm your address at checkout. You get an SMS as soon as the order is confirmed.
02Which payment methods can I use?
Cash on delivery, bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Bank transfer is available for company orders.
03How long does delivery take?
1–2 working days inside Dhaka and 2–4 working days to every other district.
04Is delivery free?
Delivery is free on orders over ৳5,000. Smaller orders cost ৳80 anywhere in Bangladesh.
05Can I check the product before I pay?
Yes. With cash on delivery you can open the parcel in front of the delivery person and check the product before paying.
06How do I choose the right size?
Every clothing and shoe page has a size line in the details. If you are between two sizes, call us — we will help you choose.
07Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes, within 7 days if it is unused with its tags, or if it has a fault. See the Return Policy for the details.
08How do I track my order?
Open the Track Order page and enter your order number and email, or follow the link in your SMS.
